Hello everyone :)
Yesterday finally it was nice and sunny day in Trondheim and i had a day off - awesome! That's why i spended my day at the lake - doing almost nothing... But i was biking there, so that was my first workout yesterday...and i was swimming...i must admit - water was freezing cold, but what a nice feeling afterwards... Lately i am forcing myself to do more than i think i can do - and i really can do much more! And i believe that everyone can...
The very good thing is that my friends are starting to notice some difference in my body - and i am feeling much better and i like to check myself at the mirror - getting fit is so nice feeling - no matter of that sore feeling often, but i am even starting to enjoy, to love that feeling - thats why there is qoute - Feel sore at evening, feel sexy at the morning! - completely true!
What was my daily workout yesterday? Of course i am paying the biggest attention on my abs - so abdominal workout:
30 basic crunch
30 right oblique crunch
30 left oblique crunch
30 bicycle crunch
30 reverse crunch
30 long arm crunch
30 crossover crunch
30 half curl
30 vertical leg crunch
60 sec. plank
Actually i was doing all these workouts 60 sec each, but not less than 30 times, without any brake.
Then i did couple more things - little bit for legs, little bit for nice ass, little bit for arms :)
10 real push ups (before i did them in kinda womens way)
20 tricep dips
70 squats
30 each leg side lunges
15 sec each way side plank
50 twist touches
And the part of my routine is to drink tea before i fall a sleep and i found this nice tea. I think it is awesome, cause it is with cinnamon and ginger and both of them boosts metabolism.
This weekend i will have holidays in Ă…lesund - that means, that i will skip some days... i am kinda happy and excited about my holidays, but in the same time bit dissapointed, that it won't be able to do my workout routines there...only kissing might be my workout :) And here i found some health benefits of kissing. And also my body and muscles might need a little bit rest...

new discoveries every day
Hello in this beautiful and sunny day (at least in Trondheim - finally)
Yesterday i had my last day at norwegian language classes and i got "The Paper" abou that - which show that now my level is not lowest and not highest, but i definitely can speak and understand :) It was very nice time at classes - i had awesome group with peoples and teacher - always a lot of fun!
My new discoverie was exactly there...it was a last time, so we where planning to have a picnic, but because of the weather we stayed inside... And...teacher had Sushi....i must admit - i know it is very healthy and good for loosing weight - but i don't like sushi - at least so far i didn't but i have ate it quite often just because of health benefits :) But thanks to my teacher and class mates from now on i can say that i like sushi - specially those souces i hated before - it is just important to know how to eat it correctly.
Sushi can be an extremely healthy food, especially since fish is so high in protein and omega 3 fatty acids (while also being low in fat). Here is some more information about sushi.
But what i done yesterday...I must admit - first i overslept and skipped breakfasts....afterwards all day i felt kinda bad - like sick - i guess it was because of that. So the rule is - Never skip breakfast if u want to get fit!
Yesterday i was concentrating on running - i found this song - and for me it was just perfect for running and working out. Maybe u can write down what is your favorite music while working out and running - help me ;) But i can suggest this song as workout music - specially good music for running - kinda motivating workout music.
Like i said - i was running yesterday - even having sprint - i runned more than often and for me the time was good - that was fat burner for me yesterday - i was exhausted and completely sweaty afterwards - perfect - isn't it ?!?
And later at my norwegian classes we had running dictation - after that my muscles was sore and i can feel them even today. And yeahhh...i was too lazy to do something else at evening... That's why today i will concentrate more on abdominal workouts - cause i just need those good looking abs ;)

Getting addicted
Good morning everyone :)
This is nice morning - i really liked what i saw at the mirror when i woke up :) I feel that all the work i am doing finally is getting more visible - hopefully not just for me, but i am soo proud of myself.
I have been skiping sweets already for a while - well maybe sometimes, just one piece of chocolate or something, but really, just a little bit and Coke that i bought more than one month ago is still at place and not opened and when i look at it - i can admit - i really don't want to have that rubbish in my body... i guess i am on the right way - hopefully u are as well ;)
Here are some nice tips for flat tummy - that is not hard at all! I found them on internet.
1. Drink a glass of water before eting.
2. Eat five small meals a day.
3. Eat slowly. (this is bit hard for me)
4. Do cardio 20 minutes a day, five days a week. ( i am trying to do this)
5. Know your serving sizes. (well...i must admit - i am not pying big attention to this one...maybe i should, maybe i will...later)
6. Good posture: it strenghtens tummy muscles. (this is something i am working on)
7. Swim! (not now - to cold here and i dont have money to spend at swimming pools)
8. Strenghten your core (hmm....)
9. Cut out sweets.
10. Do push-ups... Accurately.
11. Do reverse sit-ups.
12. Never skip breakfast. (i agree! I am eating breakfast just lately - thats awesome)
13. Drink lots of water every day. (i am drinking only water, tea and little bit coffee, sometimes)
14. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. (i am trying...)
15. Cut down on alcohol consuption. (hmm....sometimes)
16. Reduce salt intake. (no problems with that - thanks to my mother)
17. Avoid stress (easy to say - hard to do)
18. Color your plate
19. Cut out fast food (almost cutted)
20. Cut out soda (done!)
21. Don't starve yourself. ( i always have some nuts or dried fruits with me)
22. Don't isolate just your stomach.
23. Five servings of fresh fruit or veggies. (well...eat an apple or something - not paying to much attention to this one)
24. Enrich your diet with fiber (i have no diet, but i do eat fiber)
25. Do crunches
26. Plank.
27. Leg lifts.
28. Climb stairs - no to elevator
29. Do yoga (i would like to, but i am not doing this one)
30. Stay inspired and enjoy life!!!

I took a piece of dark chocolate - and i was done with that - i have never loved dark chocolate, then better i stay without chocolate at all...

Family Sunday
Hello everyone ;)
It is nice to notice that my blogg have better rating every day, hopefully i can help someone out there at least with inspiration. Maybe there is something u would like to read about more? Leave a comment and let me know ;)
Yesterday it was nice Sunday - the weather was as good as it is possible here - it was warm and windy, but without rain. So we went for fishing - i think that is very good thing to do - u spend time outside and u even can get food for free :) I have a picture with my first fish on instagram - u can follow me there @ablumberga
But lets get to the most important part...What have i done to get fit yesterday...
90 squats
25 push ups
30 lunges each leg
10 min with hula ring at evening - very intense
And i went for running together with my son - he is 3.5 years :) I didn't run less than last time, i runned exactly the same and my son was biking - so he was the one who was choosing the speed - sometimes it was very quick, but sometimes, he went slowly, then i waited for him and while i waited i did some extra squats or other workouts, like lunges to get nice ass and legs... At the end - i must admit i was even more exhausted than after running alone :)
My son have this adorable hand made wooden runbike - we bought it in Latvia last summer and he really goes fast with that one...

my Saturday
Hello everyone ;)
Yesterday i was committed to do more. I started my day with morning workout...what i done was:
25 push ups
30 crunches
50 seconds wall sit
15 tricep dips
45 seconds plank
30 lunges each leg
30 squats
I found this workout on pinterest - that is very good place where to find more information and suggestions how and what to do...Like this about tummy tipes.
Later i drive to the shop - i bought a lot of fruits and for first time plain Greek yogurt, cause lately i have read so much good about that - so from now on it will always be in my refrigerator. This is what i found about Greek yogurt very shorty:
There are many yogurts on the market, and plain, nonfat Greek yogurt is a standout.
All yogurts are excellent sources of calcium, potassium, protein, zinc, and vitamins B6 and B12. What distinguishes Greek yogurt is its thicker, creamier texture because the liquid whey is strained out. Also, it contains probiotic cultures and is lower in lactose and has twice the protein content of regular yogurts.
Judith Rodriguez, PhD, RD, says, "Skip the extra sugar calories found in most yogurts and pump up the protein by choosing Greek yogurt." She adds that it contains twice as much protein, "which is great for weight control because it keeps you feeling full longer."
Rodriguez suggests pairing the tart yogurt with the natural sweetness of fresh fruit or your favorite whole grain cereal.
I found it here. It is one of the best healthy foods.
Later on evening i done 20minutes with my Hula ring and 55 more squats. I don't know...maybe those cool girls with great shape can do all 85 squats in the same time, but i am sharing it in 30 squats at once and repeating it more than just once a day.
And also i did 25 leg side raises with each leg, that is important for me, cause i have some fat on my sides and i really hate that...
But unfortunatelly i had to skip running, because my son ate cherries and got allergic reaction, so spend some time at hospital with him...That was terrible, i have never experienced that crazy reaction, when all the face is swelling... But everything is good, if the ending is good and it was. No more cherries for him!

Push harder - feel better
Yesterday it was cloudy and rainy day here in Trondheim, but that is good time to work harder...
My day started very casual with 2 glasses water and oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins afterwards. I Got my son to the kindergarten and cleaned one house. After that i felt tired and my son was speaking just about pizza, so we had pizza for dinners... i felt bad about that, so i went for running - it was perfect, cause it was nice and warm summer rain. I runned about 5km i expected that it will be bit hard, cause i havent runned for a while now, but it was very good!
Later i done abdominal workout - somehow it felt hard, but i did it :)
50 sit ups
50 crunches
30 leg raises
38 sek plank
That is what i done to get nice abs, but i also did 80 squats and 25 standing glute kickbacks with each leg.
I was exhausted, but i felt sooo good - i made my self cinnamon tea (thats part of my evening routine and also boosts metabolism) and spend nice evening home :)

Rest day
Hello!
Yesterday i had a rest day... In my opinion it is good to have a rest days once in a while... It was busy day - I cleaned one house (that's my extra job), then my son had Sommer fest (summer party) at the kidergarten and afterwards i had norwegian classes... So i did everything that was on my planner in quite a big rush, but i did it :)
Only workout i did yesterday was squats...and i did 70 - i am trying to get more day by day, cause getting nice ass would be awesome :) Ass and abs my priorities!
Also i found this picture with abdominal workouts for womens and i found it here

Don't give up ;)
Hello ;)
Good thing...i am loosing weight as well, but it really is not that easy and fast... Well... I dont have weights at home, thats why i am not checking it so often but in last 2 weeks i have lost almost 2kg :)
What i done yesterday...
60 squats
and i found new workout - it was really abs burner - i can admit that! I think that it is very good to try out diferrent workouts and this one was awesome... I can see, that my abs are getting nicer and more vissible.

Daily routine...
Good morning!
I thought that it would be nice if i share what is my daily routine... Every day it is not the same, it depends on how much time i have and how tired i am after work.
But things i done yesterday... I am paying bigger attention to my abs and ass, but I try to do everything, to get my body fit as soon as possible... Only thing...i have to get rid of fat that i have and i think that is the hardest part, cause i have to find balance on eating healthy, eating what i want, cause i am not ready to be on some diet or skip eating. Thats why i have to find way how to make it like my natural lifestyle...
Here is what i done yesterday at the morning:
25 push ups
30 crunches
50 seconds wall sit
10 tricep dips
45 seconds plank
30 lunges - each leg
50 squats
I dont have money and time to spend on going to gym, getting trainer or getting some plan how and what to do - so i am finding and doing everything just by myself...
So far i have spended 99NOK to buy Hula Ring... I think that's great thing - i found it on XXL shop. There was rings with different weigt - 0.5kg; 1.5kg and 2.5kg. I have the one on the middle and i love it. Yesterday at evening i was bit tired after work and my norwegian language classes, so i chose to do just Hula Ring for 20 minutes - 10 in very intense mood.
Here are some tips how to start using Hula Ring or Hula Hoop ;)
One more thing...NEVER skip breakfast - here is what i think is the best for breakfasts - i eat it almost every day and my son eats it too, cause it keeps u filled for longer time and gives u a lot of energy.
Its oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins and bananas... I use a lot of cinnamon, cause cinnamon boosts metabolism. And first thing what i do when i wake up - i drink at least one glass water - but not cold - i never drink too cold water always in room temperature...

Getting fit
It's new challenge for myself and i would like to share it with u... The goal is to get nice abs until Christmas... I know - it's long term, but better longer than shorter, cause i am not ready to work "my ass off" or to be on some diet, cause i have a son - i am full time mom, i can't spend all my free time doing some workouts and i am to lazy to cook different meal for me and different meal for my son... So i have to find some way how i can reach my goal without crazy changes in my lifestyle... And by the way...i like to drink beer sometimes ;)
Here is what i have reached during 4weeks...
