It's new challenge for myself and i would like to share it with u... The goal is to get nice abs until Christmas... I know - it's long term, but better longer than shorter, cause i am not ready to work "my ass off" or to be on some diet, cause i have a son - i am full time mom, i can't spend all my free time doing some workouts and i am to lazy to cook different meal for me and different meal for my son... So i have to find some way how i can reach my goal without crazy changes in my lifestyle... And by the way...i like to drink beer sometimes ;)
Here is what i have reached during 4weeks...

It's not that much weight i am loosing it is more like getting my fat become a muscles...
It is not because summer is coming or something it is just for myself...to make myself feel better and i really do feel better already...
P.S. I am not using any medicine or anything that says it is possible to loose weight quickly - my goal is not to loose weight, but to get fit ;)
