Daily routine...

Good morning!
I thought that it would be nice if i share what is my daily routine... Every day it is not the same, it depends on how much time i have and how tired i am after work.
But things i done yesterday... I am paying bigger attention to my abs and ass, but I try to do everything, to get my body fit as soon as possible... Only thing...i have to get rid of fat that i have and i think that is the hardest part, cause i have to find balance on eating healthy, eating what i want, cause i am not ready to be on some diet or skip eating. Thats why i have to find way how to make it like my natural lifestyle...
Here is what i done yesterday at the morning:
25 push ups
30 crunches
50 seconds wall sit
10 tricep dips
45 seconds plank
30 lunges - each leg
50 squats

I dont have money and time to spend on going to gym, getting trainer or getting some plan how and what to do - so i am finding and doing everything just by myself...
So far i have spended 99NOK to buy Hula Ring... I think that's great thing - i found it on XXL shop. There was rings with different weigt - 0.5kg; 1.5kg and 2.5kg. I have the one on the middle and i love it. Yesterday at evening i was bit tired after work and my norwegian language classes, so i chose to do just Hula Ring for 20 minutes - 10 in very intense mood.
Here are some tips how to start using Hula Ring or Hula Hoop ;)

One more thing...NEVER skip breakfast - here is what i think is the best for breakfasts - i eat it almost every day and my son eats it too, cause it keeps u filled for longer time and gives u a lot of energy.

Its oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins and bananas... I use a lot of cinnamon, cause cinnamon boosts metabolism. And first thing what i do when i wake up - i drink at least one glass water - but not cold - i never drink too cold water always in room temperature...
