Good thing...i am loosing weight as well, but it really is not that easy and fast... Well... I dont have weights at home, thats why i am not checking it so often but in last 2 weeks i have lost almost 2kg :)
What i done yesterday...
60 squats
and i found new workout - it was really abs burner - i can admit that! I think that it is very good to try out diferrent workouts and this one was awesome... I can see, that my abs are getting nicer and more vissible.
Here are the workout i am talking about ;)
Good luck everyone - drink a lot of water and dont give up!
