My day started very casual with 2 glasses water and oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins afterwards. I Got my son to the kindergarten and cleaned one house. After that i felt tired and my son was speaking just about pizza, so we had pizza for dinners... i felt bad about that, so i went for running - it was perfect, cause it was nice and warm summer rain. I runned about 5km i expected that it will be bit hard, cause i havent runned for a while now, but it was very good!
Later i done abdominal workout - somehow it felt hard, but i did it :)
50 sit ups
50 crunches
30 leg raises
38 sek plank
That is what i done to get nice abs, but i also did 80 squats and 25 standing glute kickbacks with each leg.
I was exhausted, but i felt sooo good - i made my self cinnamon tea (thats part of my evening routine and also boosts metabolism) and spend nice evening home :)
